Cancellation policy
– Cancellation is only acceptable via e-mail!
– You can cancel your reservation for free 3 calendar days before arrival, until 12:00.
– You should pay 50% of the fee 1 calendar day before arrival, until 12:00. After that the fee should be paid by full.
– Exception: If you cancel your reservation referring to force majeure reason we waive the fee.
